I’ve spent the last 20 years working across the extended SAP ecosystem and the tools that surround it. That includes applied AI platforms like Eightfold, Paradox, Phenom, Avature, Joveo, and Appcast—technologies I’ve helped implement, integrate, and optimize inside real enterprise stacks. I know how these systems interact, where they add value, and how to make them work together at scale.
