Client Profile

A leading automotive manufacturing company in the world.

Challenge
The client has separate systems for HR (Oracle) and Accounting ( SAP)
All the HCM component needs to be manually fed into SAP and there is no integration of accounts with the analytic reporting system.
The manual task is labor intensive and time consuming to feed all the expenses into SAP as well as scan and load the documents.
The travel and expense management settlement needs to be reconciled with the travel request in Oracle manually.
Solution
Integrating Oracle with SAP through Web-Services XML feed.​
Using the travel request function of the Oracle and custom development currently in place.​
The client needs and easy method for implementing the travel ​and expense management solution using the cloud and mobile​ functionality which will help remove the manual data entry work​ as well as automate the process of submitting expense as well as ​scanned receipts using the hybrid solution of on premises and cloud.​
SAP MAF and logon was used along with SAP Mobile apps for capturing the data.​
