### Miodrag Perin

EVP HR Tech Talent Systems & Ecosystem Strategist

As EVP of HR Tech, Talent Systems, and Ecosystem Strategy at SAPSOL, I focus on
helping organizations make sense of complex HR technology landscapes. My expertise
spans SAP SuccessFactors, SAP On-Prem, Workday, and Oracle HCM, with a strong focus
on aligning systems with business needs across global environments. I’ve spent the
last 20 years working across the extended SAP ecosystem and the tools that surround
it. That includes applied AI platforms like Eightfold, Paradox, Phenom, Avature,
Joveo, and Appcast—technologies I’ve helped implement, integrate, and optimize inside
real enterprise stacks. I know how these systems interact, where they add value,
and how to make them work together at scale. At SAPSOL, I guide clients and partners
through architecture design, system alignment, and ecosystem strategy. My goal is
always the same: to help teams build HR and talent systems that are efficient, adaptable,
and built for long-term impact.
